On workout days PSN L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate is ideally consumed 30 minutes prior to exercise on an empty stomach. This should provide you with a ‘perpetual pump’ leaving you pumped well after your workout. You can take an additional 1 or 2 servings on top of this at any other convenient times. On non-workout days take between 1-3 servings on an empty stomach to increase absorption.
